1. Seeing a friend cry
This is absolutely horrible. I can’t even come up with a description for this. It’s the worst.

2. The word “Goodbye”
Any other way of saying it is alright. “Later,” “bye,” “see ya,” etc are all just fine. Goodbye makes it feel so bad.

3. OS wars
People who make these comments just need to be offed, especially the ones who get worked up and haven’t got a clue what they’re talking about. They all work just fine, each have piles of ups and downs. If you want a conclusion, here: They all suck.

4. Spam
Don’t we all?

5. The News (TV)
I like having my fill of what’s new in the world, but I don’t like dealing with all the bias, irrelevant crap, or just plain old Doom & Gloom.

6. AMV’s (don’t get me wrong, I do like anime)
For every good one there are about 1000 bad ones. If your going to put some music behind cuts from your favorite anime ask yourself these:
Is it badly off sync?
Is it Naruto?
Are there subtitles in the video?
Are you using Windows Movie Maker?
Is the song by Dragonforce or Linkin Park?
Did it take less than an hour?
do u type lik dis alot^^?
Are there already 20+ AMV’s with the same song?

If you answered yes to any of those, you need to STOP. JUST STOP.

7. Non-native software ports
X11 on OS X apps, I’m looking at you.

8. Emo’s
Being a tremendous douchebag sure doesn’t make life any better.

9. Anti-piracy schemes (securom and friends)
These don’t work and never, ever will. Try other ways to get your (hopefully) hard-earned cash. There are a lot of arguments related to this subject, I’m not going to get into it.
